We reviewed a few scary facts concerning longstanding stress. Stress effects our hormones, especially adrenaline and cortisol. Its a serious matter to many Americans. We deal with things that stress us on a day by day basis. When stress builds up, it can lead to a wide variety of symptoms and disorders. My goal in this blog series is to give you tools to use in order to combat your stress levels. Healing your body involves strengthening the systems that keep your body healthy.

This blog post is dedicated to changing your approach to stress. Not all stress is bad for you. In fact, there are many forms of good stress that can help you to increase your overall vitality. I've listed a few examples of good stress below to give you an idea of what activities can help to increase your over health.

1. Completing a project 2. Physical exercise 3. Solving problems

Why is it important for you to know about "good" stress versus "bad" stress? It brings up some important questions... Are you taking care of yourself? Life is both crazy and wonderful. Are you enjoying it? Are you getting exercise? Are you contemplating on your day? Have you set aside time to take care of you? I can tell you with certainty that if you do not take care of your self, then you will break. If you break, then you will not be able to give to anyone.
